We are a team of independent educators headed up by salon owner Becki Beavan who has trained with some of the worlds top colourists.
We offer a mix of our signature Colour and Styling Workshops, tailored Private Classes, 1:1 training days & Shadowing Programs.
We also have an online monthly education subscription where each month there will be colour education from ourselves & once a month there will be a guest artist for either colour, cutting, bridal hair, business growth, help to boost retail sales, how to grow your column, everything you need to help your business thrive.
I and two members of our team have attended Becki’s Balayage courses and I can’t sing this lady’s praises highly enough!
There is a friendly relaxed feel to the course, and what I learned on her courses has transformed the way I do Balayage in my own Salon, and most importantly my confidence doing it. Her OLAPLEX knowledge has helped us massively too.

I met Becki at an Olaplex training social and wanted to learn more techniques so attended her Balayage Masterclass.
She demonstrated using 4 models and her work is flawless. I loved her hands on approach to teach this technique and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to gain knowledge and confidence in their Balayage ability!
